Being a crossfit gym the core exercises that programmes are built around functional movements such as; squats, deadlifts, rowing, push ups and sit ups. RIP Training believes in a utilising combination of both group training and personal training to ensure you get the best possible fitness experience. RIP Training caters to everyone regardless of age or experience, there is something for everyone. RIP Training makes making a comfortable, and functional gym-space their priority when it comes to supporting your health and fitness goals.
