Salt Dance Company offers a range of facilities and programs that not only meet your health and fitness needs but nourishes your wellbeing and assists you in achieving your desired experience.

Salt Dance Company accommodates for a variety of Fitness, Dance and Performing Arts. This includes hosting Xpole, Pussycat poles, Lyra and other aerial apparatus. Salt Dance Company also offers classes in Pole Dance, Junior Pole Dancing, Lyra, Pole Fitness, Burlesque, Acrobatic, Chair dancing and Flexibility Training. All classes, workshops and private lessons run of a membership basis allowing Salt Dance Company to accommodate for parents and shift workers.

Salt Dance Company also hosts parties, functions and competitions. They operate two dance competitions annually: Grass Roots Pole Dancing Championships and Hunter Valley Pole Perfection. These competitions are dedicated to Juniors, Beginners, Amateurs, Masters and Groups. The competitions are Australia wide and have played host to some of the biggest names in the Pole Dancing Industry.
