United Taekwondo is a leading martial arts studio located in Muswellbrook, NSW. However, United Taekwondo is not like any other martial arts school or exercise studio. Alongside all the regular dynamic and traditional techniques, this Taekwondo school offers many extra facilities and programs that will assist you in reaching your optimum health and wellbeing.

With classes open to all ages this Taekwondo studio is perfect for anyone who wants to learn, grow, and experience martial arts. United Taekwondo is dedicated to helping its students enjoy learning the Art of Taekwondo in a safe environment and develop core skills, such as confidence and discipline, which will benefit all aspects of your life while also cultivating your physical health and wellbeing.

Training sessions are open to all, perfect for individual training or family sessions. All are welcome to come and watch and United Taekwondo even offers a trial free of charge and obligation. Whether it is to get into shape or become part of the Martial Arts community, United Taekwondo offers the experience, expertise, and environment to assist you in achieving your wellbeing goals.

Each training session runs for one hour, generally including:

• Warm-up/stretching
• Instruction/practice of technique
• Set patterns
• Non-contact sparring
• Self-defence
• Strength/cardio
• Focus Mitt Training

Gradings are held every season (four times a year) where students participate in an examination, allowing them to advance further in the Taekwondo school.
